Hello! My name is Ben Harms.
Currently I’m the Chief Growth Officer at Archrival.
As a partner and executive, I lead our agency’s growth and account services team, while also having founded our insights and strategy business. We reinvent how today’s biggest global brands win the hearts and minds of a new generation of consumers.
Prior to my time at Archrival, I was the Global VP, Executive Creative Director at Tommy Hilfiger, out of Amsterdam, Netherlands. There I led our global creative teams where we focused on re-imagining the brand for a new generation of consumers. At Tommy Jeans, we re-positioned the brand lifestyle at the intersection of streetwear and prep, carving our a whole new future unlike any other at Tommy.
